Scott started his career in the investment banking environment in 1986, before entering the retail financial services sector, where he has worked for over 25 years. For the most of the time since 1990, Scott has been Managing Director of an organisation dealing in financial services and direct property. He has experience in corporate finance, retail financial services, property development, managed investment schemes and all other aspects of the Wealth management system.
David has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for over 40 years. He has held senior finance positions in a range of industries, including import, automotive parts manufacturing and a large national transport group. David has exceptional experience in developing new methods and defining and resolving existing operational problems in businesses. He has built a successful retail business, and consulted on systems and change management within State Government and Local Government.
Peter has 25 years’ experience in all facets of the property sector, including, residential development, commercial development, site acquisition, property research, property consulting, project management, development management, development feasibility, property funding, property marketing and property sales. Peter has been involved in many projects in NSW and Australia.
Andrea has been working in the Financial Services and Property Industry for the last 4 years and has been responsible for the Wealthy & Wise brand and marketing, digital presence, communications strategies and initiatives. As a Gen Y, Andrea understands the importance of the digital world and how imperative it is to adapt and innovate in order to survive. Andrea continues to expand her knowledge and skillset through her postgraduate studies in communication design at Billy Blue- continuously blurring the lines between design, digital media and financial sector.
Jeremy Goodsir-Cullen is a member of the Compliance Working Group and Chairman of the Compliance Committee; Heads Alternative Disputes Resolution team. He is responsible for ASIC register maintenance for companies; identification of compliance law changes; monitoring of advice reports vis a vis compliance.
Peter Driscoll has been working as a Chartered Accountant for over 20 years. His extensive knowledge and expertise in his field. Peter specialises in assisting clients with accounting, taxation, insurance, financing and property investments. He his passionate, personable and highly driven - hence his impressive resume.
Wealthy & Wise started as a Financial Planning company over 20 years ago. We have always remained responsive to our clients’ needs, and so over the years have developed into a Lifestyle Planning centre, incorporating tax and accounting, property advice, and loans and Insurance.
The Wealthy & Wise franchise system is backed up by excellent marketing to help grow the brand and expand our database of clients. We already have loyal customers and strong brand awareness in Sydney where our two current offices operate, and with the increasing exposure as we open new locations, this recognition among the public will grow.

Running your own Wealthy & Wise franchise hub will start at around $40,000. This includes the franchise fee, initial setup and fit out costs, and marketing and promotion for your store launch.
You will initially begin with a period of training which will set you up to operate a Wealthy & Wise franchise business. We will help you get up and running through assistance with site selection, lease negotiation and fit-out.
